Interesting how the south coast gets 6 or so different precipitation peaks throughout the year.

We had a mini-peak on the 26th, and now we are in decline until the 24th of December, then a big spike that peaks on the 11th of January.
Then a trough on February 7th, then a peak on March 15th,
a low spot again on May 12th, a peak again around the beginning of June,
the yearly low spot at the end of July, a spike up to October 16th,
a slight dip, and then the ultimate peak on November 6th.

It's amazing how much colder January 1950 was compared to any other month.

Coldest months of all time (by average daily maximum)
1) Jan 1950 = -4.8C
2) Jan 1969 = -1.9C
3) Jan 1957 = +0.2C

By daily lows:
1) Jan 1950 = -12.4C
2) Jan 1969 = -8.0C
3) Jan 1957 = -6.6C

So January 1950 was OVER 4 degrees colder (at night) than any other month on record at YXX!
