37.5C at 1100m on the coast? Definitely overexposed!

EDIT: Here's Osoyoos:

From here. This station used to read really high (1990 until the early 2000s), but then started to become normal after that. Perhaps the green vegetation grew up around it and/or the black pavement become less black over time. Or just bad instruments as was known to be the case with the "CS" weather stations in the early years.
