Edit: GFS Ensembles look much better than the operational.

00Z GFS PLEASE be an outlier........

Cold air dumping well East of the Rocky's. Ridging near 135W . Ridge axis preventing any cold entering Northern BC or Alaska. Backdoor intrusions are all you'll get and those will be really modified- dubbed Arctic farts.

This is not something you want to see late Dec. Usually leads to really wet and warn January's.

Yes that forum will rot your brain. On another note the 00z GFS took a dump no surprise there on to King Euro how are the ensembles tonight?

How does King Nito know this will be the outcome when the GFS was colder he never said ridge 150W cold dumps into southern B.C. and out to the coast Back door intrusions are good for your plumbing.
