Same here...dont really trust mine that much though, with some of the readings its given me in the past. Either way yesterday was surprisingly warm and humid.

Is she OK? 3pm that is? It's not nice to hit someone with your car and then brag about it online.

P.S. The British can't seem to handle 23 degrees...

PPS. 23.7C at my place yesterday, so there! Also, Princeton was the Canadian hotspot at 24.6C.

Have you run a marathon or half marathon?

No, I'm might be stupid, but I'm not a complete moronic masochist and a sucker for punishment. 23C is pretty cool for marathons. Try doing the Phoenix marathon in July when it's 500 degrees C.

I've run a couple half marathons, you get hot when you run anything close to half marathon. These people dropping like flies probably weren't properly hydrating themselves. A few years ago, I ran the Sun run when it was in the low 20's, and I almost threw up near the end because I didn't have enough fluids.

I only get exercise in the winter for this very reason. This is one race I did a few years back... I should really do it again too... 90 mile race, but my portion was only 4 miles. I was sweating at the end and felt like dying, and it was only just around freezing.

I'm pretty confident Abbotsford will break their record high for tomorrow. The record is 25.9C and the forecast high is 28C. What will be more interesting is to see if it really does reach 28C, which would make it the earliest in the season it's ever been that warm. My guess is it falls a degree short and the Apr 23rd, 2005 keeps the title.

Currently 24.3C at YXX. Record for today at 26.7C, looks safe.
