A complete dud in the Metro Vancouver area as it looks like the shower activity is all going to the south and to the west. Olympic mountains also acting as a rain shadow so not even a drop of moisture for most of Metro. If the low moves a little we could get some shower/flurry activity later this afternoon or early evening. The Seattle region is getting some wet snow. They got shafted a couple times this winter when we got snow and they got rain or nothing so I guess it's our turn now to get the shaft.

I can see the snow level is very low on Burke mountain though...around 300-400m? Looks like they got quite a bit yesterday evening/overnight.

Cool,do you have a b&b like everyone else on the sunshine coast? was thinking of heading your way for a few days but couldn't due to illness in family

Sun is out now, it is the Sunshine Coast.

Forrest I don't have a B&B but do have a drafty barn. You could share a stall with the sheep or sleep on the hay stack.

Hmmm,my wife does like fresh air but my hay fever would probably erupt  .....but thanks for the offer :D

Today was boring as heck. Barely a trace of rain, nevermind hail, snow, or thunder.

Well other than the cooler temps this was an uneventful event even out her in the central valley, temps were just a tad too warm, it appears we missed out while Puget Sound had some wet slop, on to spring I can't fathom anymore GFS surprises it's just too late in the season for anything. :|
