Vancouver hit -6.5C this morning. Not bad for them. :)

Van -6.5
Vic -2.7
Abb -4.3

Yesterday for Abbotsford should be -0.8C if we're going with afternoon highs.

Well, damn, that puts you in first place. You beat EC for the top spot because they guessed the wrong coldspot and were off by 10 degrees. You were off by a mere 7, which is better than the rest of us.

Just noticed @Rain_Down_On_Me's predictions are missing from the list.

Pretty cloudy out there tonight. Should be some big busts on the cold side. Victoria is actually colder than both YVR and YXX

Lol ya I wasn't even close on this one, looks like most of us were expecting this morning to be the coldest of the week.

Oops.... I've had to make some adjustments to Rain Down On Me. He didn't pick anything for Sunday afternoon, so I just used his Monday picks for both. Then, I used his Sunday lows as the actual day lows, not the morning low. Anyway, as of yesterday, Abby_wx is in first. Today's lows are going to mess us all up.

Let's see how well you all did with your bonus picks, but first here is the list of the top 11 hot and cold spots from yesterday...

weathersummarybcfeb19.png

Notable absences include Fort Nelson and Dease Lake! Fort Nelson (BC coldest place during the winter on average) was only -18.3C. Dease Lake was -23.5C. By comparison, Vernon in the Okanagan was -21.5C.

Also, Williams Lake was -24.4C and Clinton was -27.8C. So when Monty67 predicted Clinton would be -28C, he was bang on. Certainly a lot closer than EC. Missionbcwx was also pretty close with Williams Lake. Certainly a lot closer than Abby_wx being 7 degrees off with Puntzi.

It's just been that kind of winter in the interior from snowfall to temperatures that's why I picked Williams Lake.
