A friend of mine that is originally from Taiwan/China said do not buy garlic from China. SOmething to do with the bleach they use or chemicals to bleach it...
Buy local. Nuf said.

The hottest temperature in August in BC (and Canada) was 41.0 in Hedley (August 11th).

Boat Bluff was the wettest place in BC (and Canada) with 302.4 mm (71.0 mm above average).

1) Lytton RCS = 24.3
2) Lillooet = 24.2
-- Lytton A = 24.2
4) Ashcroft = 23.8
5) Osoyoos = 23.1
-- Chreston = 23.1

Hottest extremes in Canada:
1) Hedly N = 41
2) Lytton RCS = 40.1
3) Ashcroft = 39.5
4) Lytton A = 39.3
5) Lillooet = 38.9
