How long do you folks think it will take before we have a very nice stretch of weather again (around 18+ degrees and sunshine?) Mid April, or prior?

We'll have to wait to see what the MJO says. Probably not in March though.

Sometimes it stays neutral. Sometimes it goes up to El Niño or back down to La Niña. Either way, weak El Niños are often okay
