We all remember that they still had frozen pipes on the longest day of the year, but now they still have a massive pile of snow left over from winter. Is this why they call it Winterpeg?

My dad is from Winnipeg, and he says he can't understand why anyone would want to live there. I've been to Winnipeg a few times myself, and I agree with him.
