Enso outlook is not shutting out next winter. Maybe we'll do better with a cool, neutral episode?

Both. I think human activity is enhancing and forcing normal interglacial climate to trend warmer than what it should be.

+PNA has just dominated this NDJ period. This winter mite as well be an El Nino. Sure feels more like that than a Nina. I really have no idea what happened. Weather happened. Nobody fully understands the intricacies of the how and why things happen. Sometimes it just does what it wants. The weather...

The forecast for the remainder of winter, for the southern East Coast of Vancouver Island, sea level regions; occasional falling BS with periods of of disappointment. Increasing sadness expected. Chance of regrets with variable moments of irritation. So basically more of the same from this forum's ...
